To maintain high hygiene standards, Fletchers has adopted a proactive approach to preventing pest activity. To equip staff with the necessary knowledge to ensure a pest free environment, Fletchers required a thorough and comprehensive training programme.
The Solution
Pestproof delivered an extensive pest awareness training course to all bakery and hygiene operatives at the Fletchers site. The course ensured that staff had the necessary skills and knowledge to be able to identify potential problems at the site so that they could be rectified before pest activity occurred. Pestproof also trained staff to understand the reasoning behind why good hygiene prevents pests.
